Medline Sales Training's Field Training program for our International Sales Reps is designed to help new reps have an incredible experience their first year with Medline. Field Trainers are there to support, mentor, and train the new rep; most often they have more influence and impact than any other team member. New reps lean on Field Trainers throughout their first year with Medline. More importantly, we find that both the Trainee and the Field Trainer experience tremendous growth by being part of the program. Connecting a Medline Field Trainer with a new Medline rep presents each person with a rewarding challenge and positions each person with a bright future at Medline.
