Medline Field Training program for our International Sales Reps is designed to help new reps have an incredible experience their first year with Medline. Field Trainers are there to support, train, mentor, and coach the new account manager; most often they have more influence and impact than any other team member. New account managers lean on Field Trainers throughout their first year with Medline. More importantly, we find that both the Trainee and the Field Trainer experience tremendous growth by being part of the program. Connecting a Medline Field Trainer with a new Medline account manager presents each person with a rewarding challenge and positions each person with a bright future at Medline.
